This perennial produces an abundance of brilliant golden-yellow, semi-double flowers, 2” accross, adorned with several rows of wonderfully ruffled petals. This is one of the earliest coreopsis to bloom, beginning in late spring and continuing to late summer, if spent flower shoots are removed. The blossoms are borne on long stems which sway gently in the breeze atop the finely divided foliage. A perennial garden favorite and for good reason.
