How do I place my order?   

Please place your orders through the "Shop Now" link above. Add any items that you would like us to purchase on your behalf, to your cart and complete the checkout process.  Prepayment is required,  but if we don't meet minimums for the product you were wanting, we will contact you to offer you either an alternative variety... or a refund - depending on what options are available to us.

 

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum that you need to order, but collectively we need to meet the wholesaler's requirements in order to submit our group order. So be sure to order generously and tell all your friends!

What happens if...

While prebooking as a group has many, many benefits, there could still be some snags you should be aware of.  When working with growers there could be a crop failure that happens between when we place our order and when they harvest and are ready to ship. If this happens, we will have options to discuss such as substituting that particular item or skipping it altogether and sending you a refund. 

 

What if there isn't enough interest in an item that I want?
Another thing to keep in mind is when a pre-order is closing down, some orders may not be able to be filled due to minimum order variety amounts required by the supplier. If we are short on counts, we will always make a final call-out to see if anyone can fill in the gap to get us there. We will do our best to accommodate all who wish to participate.

Are there any extra or hidden fees?

Nope. Nada.

Communication

We will do our best to keep you up to date during the whole process so that you don't have to worry and can stick to the fun stuff: growing!  After placing a co-op order, you will receive email updates with important information including confirmation of your order, when it is scheduled to arrive and pick-up dates. Please be sure you have us saved in your contacts! If you have a question or are just curious about the status of any group order, please reach out anytime and we are happy to help! 

 

We may not meet the minimum on ALL the varieties that we list, but we will do the best we can do!
